School Examination Absences:

We are unable to issue Doctors Notes to cover School Exam Absence.
In Line with guidance from OFQUAL (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator) we will not be providing notes to cover absence from school examinations due to sickness.
A note from your Doctor is not expected, required or taken into account.

Monday 15th October 2pm-530pm
Friday 9th November 2pm-530pm

Hulton House Surgery:
Monday 17th September 2pm-530pm
Monday 15th October 830am-1230pm
Friday 9th November 830am-1230pm

If you can’t make the walk in clinic let us know and we can book you an appointment with the Nursing Team.
