About Us

We welcome you to our website. We are a two-surgery practice of Birches Head Medical Centre in Birches Head and Hulton House Surgery in Abbey Hulton, Stoke-on-Trent.

We are a small, friendly, team here and pride ourselves on our friendly, approachable service.

However, we are always open to suggestions for change, please contact us should you wish to make any suggestions for consideration by the practice.

Both surgeries are open to all of our patients for appointments, so if you are unable to book in at one, just ask us if you'd like to try to go to the other and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

We endeavor to assist quickly with all enquiries but please remember some may take longer to process than others.

The Surgery operates a Zero Tolerance approach to abusive language and intimidation.

Please remember we are here to help.
