School Examination Absences:

We are unable to issue Doctors Notes to cover School Exam Absence.
In Line with guidance from OFQUAL (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator) we will not be providing notes to cover absence from school examinations due to sickness.
A note from your Doctor is not expected, required or taken into account.

Latest News

NHS England are planning to extract coded GP Data as part of the Care.Data program. This will include patient information such as your NHS number, date of birth, postcode and gender which will allow your GP data to be linked to your Hospital data.

The extracted data will be used to plan and improve health services for all patients.

If you DO NOT wish your personal data to be included with the extract, please inform the surgery as soon as possible.
